Reference number : 1651053 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Expected duration of the list of qualified service providers (in months) 36 Firms of professionals in architecture, engineering (civil-structure, mechanical-electrical), test laboratory (materials, geotechnics and environment) and test laboratory (roofing ) The Val-des-Cerfs School Service Center is conducting a public call for qualification for professional services in various specialties, with the aim of creating a list of qualified service providers to carry out mandates on behalf of the CSSVDC. The services expected may include, but are not limited to, projects of various kinds, such as repairs to the building envelope, upgrading to standards, upgrades and functional layouts. Expansion projects, new construction, as well as all projects whose fees are estimated above the public tender threshold are not included in these projects. When mandates are entrusted to the firm, the professionals must be able to get to the sites within two (2) hours. Minimum qualification To be included on the list of retained service providers, a firm must qualify by obtaining the acceptable level of performance for each of the three (3) criteria assessed. Please note that once a year, a public notice of qualification will be published again in order to allow the qualification of other service providers during the period of validity of the list, i.e. approximately from December 1 , 2022 to December 31, 2025 . . Allocation of mandates Mandates involving fee expenditures estimated below the public call for tenders threshold will be subject to the provisions of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR. c. C-65.1) and the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies . ( CQLR . c. C-65.1, r.4). These will be awarded only to qualified firms, favoring rotation between them as much as possible.
