Project Scope of Work: Potential firms responding to this solicitation are required to provide one response that will be considered for one or both projects. At the School District's sole decision, the packages can be awarded to one or more General Contractor. PACKAGE ONE MACC $8,783,282 Dallas High School - 1250 SE Holman Ave, Dallas, OR 97338 - Seismic Retrofit of the gym. - Repair & upgrade HVAC components. - Replace domestic water pipes. - Technology upgrades. - Add secure vestibule entry. - Renovate existing CTE space. District Office / Morrison Campus - 1251 Main St, Dallas, OR 97338 - Replace domestic water pipes. - HVAC upgrades. - Relocate District Office entry, add secure vestibules - Accessibility renovation / upgrade restrooms. PACKAGE TWO MACC $6,095,733 Lyle Elementary - 185 SW Levens St, Dallas, OR 97338 - Repair & upgrade HVAC components. - Replace domestic water pipes. - Add secure vestibule to the main entry. Oakdale Elementary - 1375 SW Maple St, Dallas, OR 97338 - Repair & upgrade HVAC components. - Add security and lock-down keyless entry. - Replace rusted-out domestic water pipes. - Upgrade PLE's/ SPED. Whitworth Elementary School - 1151 SE Miller Ave, Dallas, OR 97338 - Repair & upgrade HVAC components - Replace domestic water pipes - Upgrade PLE's/ SPED LaCreole Middle School - 701 SE Lacreole Dr, Dallas, OR 97338 - Replace domestic water pipes (rusting out) - Repair & upgrade HVAC components - Technology upgrades - Admin addition and secure vestibule - Student Services renovation - Upgrade PLE's/ SPED The CM|GC firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in this RFP. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Proposals. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. This project is prevailing wage. Any Protest or Request for Change Must Be Delivered in Writing to David Mckay, Principal in Charge, Hmk Company, at Po Box 1176, Albany, or 97321, on or Before Seven (7) Days Prior to the Due Date for Proposals.
