Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation will be done by County. Bid shall include delivery of lift station to Cape Girardeau County Park South, South County Park Drive, Cape Girardeau, Missouri 63701. Cape Girardeau County notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, minority firms, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity in consideration for an award. The Bidder will insure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will have the opportunity to participate in the performance of this contract or any subcontracts. Federal funds are being used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply. The County of Cape Girardeau reserves the right to select and award the bid to the Bidder(s) whose offer(s) is deemed by the Commission to be in the best interest of the County; accept or reject any or all bids; waive informalities or irregularities.
