The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB or Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in providing and installing security cameras at Portland Community Colleges Sylvania, Rock Creek, and Cascade campuses. This is a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 1, 2022 and as Amended October 1, 2022. The work will take place in Multnomah and Washington Counties, Oregon. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its Bid. Emerging small businesses, as well as minority-owned, women-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit a response to this Solicitation. Included in this scope, the selected contractor will provide all interior and exterior security camera raceways, cabling, electrical service requirements, security lighting, cameras, and accessories required to provide PCC with a fully functional, robust, and maintainable video imaging system as required by the specifications contained in this ITB document and engineering drawings and specifications to be provided to prospective bidders and subcontractors upon receipt of the signed Confidentiality Agreement (see Attachment J). This work will require the removal of existing analog cameras and any patching and painting necessary to return the location of the cameras to pre-existing conditions
