No emailed or faxed bids will be received. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidders and Statement of Bidders Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond. All drawings, specifications and photos will be presented to familiarize each bidder with the project. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner and shall remain firm for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening. Work can commence on June 19, 2023. All work shall be completed by August 18, 2023.Time extensions will only be granted for excessive weather above what is normally assumed for this area of the country.
