Perpetuation project of approximately 6.9 centerline miles of USH 10 between Waupaca and Appleton, from old STH 49 to Winnebago County Line in the Village and Town of Fremont in Waupaca County. Repair and replace concrete pavement joints, corners, cracks and faulting locations. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
