The work consists of Brown Park Splash Pad. Location- 1400 Duncan Street Wilmington, Delaware Questions Must be submitted to pceresini@wilmingtonde.gov and will not be accepted within 1 week of the bid opening. The Project includes but is not limited to the following improvements to Department of Parks and Recreation facilities: 1. Provide demolition and disposal of existing designated splash pad equipment and associated structures including concrete paving and site accessories as shown on the drawings. 2. Provide required structural backfill and topsoil at areas as shown on the drawings. 3. Provide 6 feet high construction fence as shown on the Drawings. 4. Provide protection for existing trees and site features to remain. 5. Provide required fill material as needed. 6. Provide connections to public utilities as shown on drawings. 7. Install splash pad fountain equipment listed in fountain manual, supplied by City. 8. Furnish and install all plumbing piping, concrete footers and additional material as shown in Documents. 9. Install concrete splash pad and walkway. 10. Install new sod at Brown Park. 11. Maintain and water new lawn areas for one month after final acceptance. 12. Install stormwater management system. 13. Provide project record documents and operation and maintenance data.
