Lee County is requesting an informal bid to supply and install a 60kw Generator with ATS at the Lee County EMS Building located at 1218 Central Drive, Sanford, NC 27330. The project consists of one 60kw 208/120VAC Generator Set Model HDI powered by FPT Iveco Diesel Engine with a sound attenuated enclosure, all safety shutdowns, auto start controller, four pole 1800 RPM, generator mounted breaker, UL 142 Subbase fuel tank rated for 65hr run time, ASCO series 300ATS 400A, 3pole, SE Rated NEMA 3R, concrete pad, and all electrical installation to ensure a complete working system. Bids can either be mailed in or turned in. They must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope with two (2) copies addressed to the Lee County Finance Office, Attn: Purchasing Agent, 408 Summit Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, 27330. Plainly Identify the Envelope with: (1) The project name/description, (2) The name and address of the bidder, and (3) License numbers. Bids must include: 60kw Generator 208/120 VAC 3ph four pole 1800 rpm load bank certified (or approved equal) Battery, Battery Charger, Block Heater, Industrial Grade silencer housed in a sound attenuated enclosure, auto start generator controller, safety shutdown to include oil pressure, low water level, water temperature, over crank and over speed Coolant and oil included Generator breaker mounted and wired to genset UL 142 Sub-base fuel tank rated for 65hr run time ASCO Series 300 ATS 400A, 3 pole, 208/120v SE Rated NEMA 3R (or approved equal) Concreted Pad and all grading included Include all Electrical wiring installation and all Electrical Components Includes delivery of all materials to jobsite Includes start-up, all testing, and customer training onsite All Labor and Materials to ensure a complete working system Contractor is responsible for obtaining all local, state and federal permits required. Provide a two (1) year workmanship warranty and include manufacturer warranty on equipment.
