Work includes site preparation, maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, access pit construction, steel sliplining, open cut pipe installation, and pavement removal and restoration. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
