Renovation of a fire / police facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

A. This Specific Requirement is coordinated with and complementary to Attachment A - Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) Descriptions, wherever applicable to the work described. B. The detailed scope of work is specified in Attachment A - Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) Descriptions. Contractor is required to comply with ED16A requirements. C. Catalog cuts for equipment and appurtenances shall be provided in the submittal. D. The Contractor shall only use equipment specified in Attachment A, Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) Descriptions or equivalent, which shall meet or exceed the standards specified. A detailed manufacture specification and product warranty shall be provided with the bid proposal for all substitute equipment. Substitute products not pre-approved by NYPA will not be considered. E. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work necessary to implement all the new and retrofit recommendations described in this document. The Contractor shall supply and install parts necessary to replace all those that are broken or damaged prior to and during the course of proposed work at no additional cost. F. The Contractor shall be required to have at least five years of experience performing work of similar scope. The Contractor shall also furnish five references for similar work completed during the last two years for the purpose of verification of experiences and workmanship. G. General requirements are attached hereto. All work shall be performed in accordance with these documents. The New York Power Authority (hereinafter "the authority") is seeking proposals for the installation of lighting fixtures at the NYPD 71st precinct in Brooklyn, NY .the lighting fixtures will be purchased by NYPA, and the selected contractor(s) will only provide labor for installation. A Pre-bid meeting will be held prior to bid submittal.
