No. 22-PD2 - General - The scope of work generally consists of construction of a new 17,300 SF masonry PoliceStation including two stories and basement; foundations; windows and doors; roof system; concrete walkways andall necessary appurtenances to complete improvements. No. 22-PD3 - Plumbing - The scope of work generallyconsists of construction of plumbing for new Police Station including 6” fire/domestic water service; 4” gas lineservice; downspout collectors; and connection to existing sanitary service.
