Renovation of an educational facility in Waite Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Project consists of renovation work to the St. Cloud Area School District 742 Discovery Elementary School. Work includes structural upgrades to support new mechanical equipment, new mechanical equipment includes boilers, chillers, and air handling units, and alternately bid new LED lighting. Types of work that will contracted for: Demolition; Unit Masonry; Structural Steel; Rough Carpentry; Roofing; Mechanical; Controls; and Electrical. Multiple prime contracts will be issued. Award is expected on or about November 2, 2022 after the school board meeting.
