Renovation of an educational facility in Galena, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work for the project includes but is not limited to: installation of Security Cameras within the school and around the exterior of the school; Access Control hardware and Card Readers at designated entrance doors as shown on the drawings. Tie everything to the existing Security and access control servers and control station. The work will include providing power and Data wiring for the Security cameras, Access Control Hardware. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be received, and project constructed under a single prime contract. Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Work to commence right away and in step with existing Renovation and Addition project schedule with completion of work as follows: Substantial Completion of the Galena Pre-K - 8 School Security Cameras & Access Control Project shall be completed by Summer, 2023, coordinate with the General Contractor of the Galena Pre-K - 8 School Renovation & Addition Project.
