Reibold Building Fourth Floor Renovation - Montgomery County Public Defenders Office Renovation. Location- 117 S Main St Dayton, OH 45422 ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $ 6,222,800.00 1. Interior renovation of the existing Fourth Floor includes new non-structural interior partitions, new finishes, and new plumbing, electrical and mechanical fixtures. Project also includes structural floor infill from escalator removal between Floors 3 & 4, with a bid alternate to remove escalators and infill floors between Floors 1 & 2 and 2 & 3 2. Project will be completed in two phases as delineated on plan drawings. 3. Asbestos Abatement is required, refer to Abatement Survey for location and amount. 4. Project includes two allowances. a. Allowance No. 1 - Patch and Repair of 2-hour rated plaster ceiling. b. Allowance No. 2 - Building Permit. 5. Project includes two alternates. a. Alternate No. A1 - Additional Escalator Removal and Infill (Add). b. Alternate No. W1 - Window Replacement (Add). c. Alternate No. W2 - New Windows at existing locations (Add). Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the bidder shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: A bond for the full amount of the bid; or A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PER CENT (10%) of the bid. The successful vendor must replace the ten percent (10%) bid bond with a one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond upon award of the bid.
