PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK Phase 1 The scope of work for Phase 1 will be described in the RFT, but is generally intended to include: permitting (other than Owner-obtained permits and approvals); engagement, coordination and management of subcontractors; procurement of materials, equipment and services; developing and implementing health & safety, quality control, demolition, traffic management, waste management, construction environmental management, and Indigenous participation plans; removal, relocation and/or installation of utilities, including electrical, gas, communications, water, sanitary, and storm; implementation and management of instrumentation and monitoring program, to include adjacent buildings and Metro Vancouver infrastructure; demolition of mechanical shop, accessory shop and maintenace shop , including hazardous materials removal and disposal; ground improvement via installation of stone columns; site clearing, grubbing, grading and paving; and handover. Phase 2 The scope of work for Phase 2 will be described in the RFT, but is generally intended to include: permitting (other than Owner-obtained permits and approvals); engagement, coordination and management of subcontractors; procurement of materials, equipment and services; developing and implementing health & safety, quality control, demolition, traffic management, waste management, construction environmental management, and Indigenous participation plans; construction of foundation for new processing building; erection of pre-engineered metal building and supply of all building components (i.e. electrical, mechanical); installation of utilities, including electrical, gas, communications, water, sanitary, and storm; site clearing, grubbing, grading and paving; installation of infrastructure and equipment to support up to eight (8) electric car charging stations and installation of four (4) electric car charging stations; replacement of warehouse floor; and handover.
