Work Type: AD Estimated Range - $3,000,000 - $3,999,999 With each sealed proposal, the bidder must include a properly executed bid bond or a cashier's check, certified check, bank's check, or postal money order in the amount designated on the Highway Work Proposal made payable to the Department. Certified checks shall be drawn on the account of the bidder submitting the proposal. The bidder may also satisfy the proposal guaranty requirements by having a properly executed annual bid bond on file with the Department. Contractors should submit all questions concerning plans and/or proposals through Website. This process is documented and can be found at Website. Eligible Bidders and Plan Holders for these proposals will not be published. Bidders will still need to submit a request to bid (DT1633) to be approved to bid on the proposal.
