Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Supply and install (1) new 4-ton water cooled heat pump. New unit will be re-located for better accessibility. Unit will be piped into existing glycol loop as per previous design. New supports will be installed in the concrete ceiling with approved wedge anchors. New water regulator and thermostat will be installed as per manufacturer's recommendation. Unit will be commissioned once duct work is completed. Extra heat runs will be added to the existing duct work and insulated as per previous canvas insulated design. This will help supply more airflow to the hot isle servers. Will require welding and hammer drilling. Existing AC unit has been decommissioned. Cost to include disposal of old unit. Unit should be supported by tenant generator, not base building.
