Reference number : 1651324 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The MRC de Maskinongé, in its role as Régie du Parc Industriel Régional (PIR), is requesting bids for agricultural drainage work as well as ditch cleaning work on Rang Barthélémy. Following the agricultural drainage works, the backfilling of ditches will be necessary in the fields. Only persons, companies and corporations, having their principal place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license under the Act on the professional qualification of construction contractors and who have obtained the tender document directly from website, are eligible to tender. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the bid.
