For the Royal Road Water Main Replacement (Bid No. WIW-2022-01). The City will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals with the appropriate license as registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform the following services: Project Description The Royal Road Water Main Replacement consists of the installation of of approximately 11,300 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC waterline to replace existing 4-inch diameter asbestos cement (AC) pipe along Royal Road and adjacent streets. Additionally, this project includes the installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of new 12-inch PVC waterline to replace the existing 10-inch diameter pipe from the Royal Road Storage Tank to Royal Road, along with valves, hydrants, fittings, pavement repair, and other miscellaneous items. Objective/Scope of Work The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the City s project known as Royal Road Water Main Replacement for City of Nogales, Arizona as called for in the plans and specifications. The successful proposer will be required to lend all possible assistance in the preparation, investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other requirements of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona. The successful proposer should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code. Bidders are required to register their prospective intent to bid on this project in order to receive notices or addenda related to this invitation to bid. Part 3). In addition, all wages must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon wage rate determination of this project.
