The project includes installation of approximately 6,315 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline to replace the existing 6-inch asbestos cement (AC) pipe in the Rancho Grande Neighborhood, along with hydrants, fittings, pavement repair, and other miscellaneous items. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, services, transportation and perform all the work for the City s project known as Rancho Grande Water Main Replacement for City of Nogales, Arizona as called for in the plans and specifications. The successful proposer will be required to lend all possible assistance in the preparation, investigation and documentation necessary for compliance with all applicable federal Labor Standards/Davis-Bacon and other requirements of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona. The successful proposer should be prepared to comply with all local, state and federal safety and environmental requirements. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with all federal program and state statutory requirements to include 2 CFR 200, Executive Orders and the Arizona Administrative Code. Bidders are required to register their prospective intent to bid on this project in order to receive notices or addenda related to this invitation to bid. Part 3). In addition, all wages must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon wage rate determination of this project.
