Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Redlands, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work in this Contract includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for construction of 2022 Citywide Sidewalk and ADA Ramp Replacement Project as noted on the Contract Drawings and all other Contract Documents. The Work shall consist of furnishing construction materials, mobilization, traffic and pedestrian control, erosion control, sawcutting, removal and replacement of varying thickness of PCC pavement (sidewalk, driveways, and ADA curb ramps), clearing and grubbing, root cutting, root grinding, grading, irrigation and curb repair, compaction, dust control, information signs, and survey monument preservation as required. Sidewalk shall match existing width and appearance of adjacent areas, including score lines and finish and restore all areas to preconstruction conditions. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A Project Duration: 150 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% All questions related to this project shall be directed to Elva Arellanes, Project Manager, at It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any products be considered for approval prior to award ofthe Contract.
