The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Gulfstream Drive Stormwater Improvements as follows: Installation of approximately 260 LF of 42" storm sewer, 2 manholes, swale regrading, and all appurtenances. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. Projects bid documents must be downloaded from questcdn which will add your company to the planholder list and allow access to vbid online bidding for the submittal of your bid (which is required for this project). No Bid may be withdrawn for at least ays receipt of Bids so as to allow review 90 days after the scheduled time for 60 days after the scheduled time for 60 days after the scheduled time for of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond ana Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
