Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mart, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Please provide references, proof of insurance, and warranty information within your bid packet. The City of Mart is accepting bids to rehabilitate South Carpenter St. (approximately 42,020 square feet). The contractor must furnish all materials, machinery, equipment, fuel, superintendence, insurance, and bonds; and for performing all work required for the maintenance and repair of parking lots, driveways, driveway aprons, flumes, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. Utilization of City equipment may be available. Contact City Hall for clarification. Bids must be in the form of price per square foot. There are two repair methods that will be accepted. The primary rehabilitation method will be to Mill existing roads, stabilize to minimum 6" depth, roll and compact, and overlay with 2" ASPPM Grade 4 cold mix. The second method of rehabilitation is to broom sweep the entire surface prior to leveling all existing pot holes and uneven areas with ASPPM Grade 4 cold mix then over lay with 2" ASPPM Grade 4 cold mix. Contractors are encouraged to assess the street within this project prior to bidding.
