Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Requesting bids for a contractor to provide and install a prefabricated restroom building at Plamann Park. A contract will be issued by November 10, 2022. If Alternate #1 is awarded, that work could be completed in 2022, weather permitting. However, the base bid work may not begin until on or after January 3, 2023. Substantial completion shall be by 2:00 pm CT May 19, 2023. Failure to achieve substantial completion by May 19th will result in a $250.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty. Outagamie County is requesting bids for a contractor to provide and install a 495 square foot fabricated concrete building and floor slab. The building will include a men's and women's bathroom with three toilets and two lavatories each. The building will include a mechanical chase to house all interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities. The building shall have an architectural exterior slip form and colored finish. The project will be base bid for all components except site preparation, concrete footings, foundations, domestic water service and sanitary sewer utility connections. Alternate #1 will be for site preparation, concrete footings and foundations. Alternate #2 will be for domestic water service and sanitary sewer utility connection.
