JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS: City Hall: 1501 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, OK 73064 Mustang Town Center: 1201 N. Mustang Road, Mustang, OK 73064 Police Department: 650 E. State Highway 152, Mustang, OK 73064 Animal Welfare Center: 510 W. Southwest 59th Street, Mustang, OK 73064 Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, General Oklahoma Open Records Act and Confidential Information, the Specifications, the Contract Form, the Anti/Non-Collusion Affidavit, and any addenda which are a part of the complete bid packet. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with all required submittals, and plainly marked "JANITORIAL SERVICES" with the name and address of the Bidder in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope and received by Lisa Martin, City Clerk, City of Mustang, 1501 North Mustang Road, Mustang, OK 73064, on or before the Bid Deadline. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the Bid Deadline, as well as bids received after the Bid Deadline, WILL be rejected, WILL NOT be considered, and will be RETURNED UNOPENED. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
