As of October 31, 2025, per owner, contractor identified. It is a joint venture. The design team was just authorized to progress past the 60% design documents. No timeline for construction start is available at this time. The project would erect a structural deck over a four-block section of Interstate 670 (I-670) in downtown Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. The project will create an approximately 5.5-acres park above I-670 between Wyandotte Street and Grand Boulevard. The project boundaries are the westbound and eastbound traffic lanes of Truman Road on the north and south, respectively, and 100-feet west of Broadway Boulevard to 50-feet east of Grand Boulevard along I-670 Question Deadline 10/01/2024
