Renovation of a residential development in Kingston, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Replacement of Existing Packaged Terminal Heat Pumps with Comfort-Aire PTHPs or approved equal (submit specifications for approved equal) described herein. Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc. (referred to in this bid as "UCAC") invites you to submit a Packaged Terminal Heat Pump (PTHP) and thermostats bid to procure and install in existing sleeves at Spring Brook Village, 3 Garraghan Drive, Kingston, New York 12401. The Weatherization Assistance Program and ARPA are funded by U.S. Department of Energy and U.S. Department of health and Human Services (through LI-HEAP) and is administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR). Comfort- Aire PTHP or equivalent: 26" sleeve Minimum EER of 9.6 11,500 BTUH cooling minimum with electric heat pump heat Thermostat Control Conversion kit - Wireless - to be compatible with existing ENERET Model T9000 Comfort-Aire PTTH12B-1 or equivalent No sleeve necessary. Existing sleeve to be used. Perpendicular plug type. Minimum cord length of Four (4) feet. Include any additional storage and delivery fees.
