Notice to Bidders Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from properly licensed contractors for the repair and rehabilitation of (16) sixteen drainage culvert sites throughout Santa Rosa County using the (CIPP) Cured-In-Place Pipe lining repair method. Only bids received by the afore stated time and date will be considered. E-mailed proposal responses will be rejected. All bids shall be sealed and clearly labeled, "ITB 23-001 Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining". Please provide the original proposal, labeled "ORIGINAL" along with one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office in writing at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. on November 4, 2022. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises.
