Site work and paving for a civil project in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to develop plans that will improve geometrics, traffic flow, drainage and safety for motorists and pedestrians traveling through this section of SW Auburn Road, including intersection improvements at SW 29th Street. This project will improve the safety and traffic interactions around the Auburn Washburn School District proposed new schools along SW Auburn. So coordination with and input from the districts design team will be essential. Tentative Shawnee County Letting: September 2024 (project completion to be coordinated with School opening in August 2025) All questions regarding this bid should be posted on the online Electronic Bid System.
