The scope of work includes the delivery of a report and data set that includes the following information regarding playground structures maintained by the City of Saskatoon: Replacement cost for insurance purposes Condition assessment Estimated effective age and life remaining Inspect existing park playground equipment to determine compliance with the most current version of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) document - Children's Playground Equipment and Surfacing Z614:20 and list any deficiencies referencing the specific CSA section Recommend action to be taken for compliance with the most current version of CSA Z614:20 Opinion of probable cost for repairs Recommendations for improvements to asset management strategies and practices for all City playgrounds that are the responsibility of the Facilities Management Department (FMD). It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded November 2022 The RFP timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time. The term of the agreement will be in effect until the completion of the Deliverables.
