Currently encompassing approximately 759 square miles, the White Tank/Grand Avenue Area Plan was last adopted in December 2000 and is a part of the Maricopa County Comprehensive Plan. This update is intended to bring this plan's goals, policies and other content into alignment with the Comprehensive Plan, and to reflect the areas current and future socioeconomic, demographic, physical, environmental, and development patterns.
