Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bethlehem, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Bethlehem will be accepting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Excavation Services to add additional parking at the Town Beach. Scope of Work: The contractor is responsible to provide supervision and coordination services and supply all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals to perform excavation and installation of new parking material. Excavation, Grading, and Compacting of 6,100 Sq Ft to add additional parking area to main parking lot at the town beach. (Map A) Delivery and Installation of 200 ton of 3/4 " process to create new parking area 6" to 8" thick Delivery and Installation of 200 ton of 3/4 " process to top dress existing parking area Removal of excess materials. Trucking to be furnished by the Town of Bethlehem Public Works Department, Contractor to load trucks Any questions regarding this quotation shall be directed to Stephen Mantz, Director of Public Works, or his designee at (203) 266-7448 ext. 2. Town of Bethlehem will have existing guardrails and fencing removed prior to the start of excavation
