Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,317-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The R.M. of Pleasant Valley No. 288 jointly with the R.M. of Marriott No. 317 (further known as The Municipalities) are seeking to retain tenders for a New Joint Municipal Office located at 209 Highway 4 North, Rosetown, SK. The Municipalities intend to construct a joint-use, 2,317 sq/ft, administrative facility with council chambers at 209 Highway 4 North in Rosetown. The project design has been completed in consultation with Skyline Designs Ltd. and Pearson Engineering Ltd. The Electrical and Mechanical drawings and specifications are to be included in contractor proposal as the Municipalities prefer to design this with the selected contractor. The Municipalities will begin construction early spring of 2023 with anticipated completion of October 31, 2023. The project schedule will be discussed with the successful applicant upon acceptance but prior to execution of a contract.
