Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lincolnton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Lincoln County BOC is soliciting proposals from qualified and professional firms to engineer, design, supply and construct a 88' wide x 140' long x 16' tall (at the eave) clear span open arena. The building will be constructed at the Curry Colvin Recreation Complex located at 1962 Rowalnd York Drive, Lincolnton, GA 30817. The proposed project includes the construction of a 88' wide x 140' long x 16' tall pre-engineered steel building as detailed in the RFP that can be found on the county portal The proposals shall include the costs of all components of a complete building inculding, but not limited to, pad site work, roof, doors, windows, electrical, and all other necessay work for a complete and functional building. All necessary civil and structural engineering and architectural design services required for permits and construction purposes. 1. Building to have a 16' high side eave height, single slope not to exceed 3:12 pitch. 2. Roof sheeting to be 26-gauge steel American long span panel with color finish with 20-year warranty. Final color to be determined once bid is awarded. 3. Wall sheeting to be 26-gauge American long span panels with color finish with 10-year warranty. Final color to be made once bid is awarded. 4. Eave trim color to be determined upon award of bid 5. Rain gutters along all low side slopes, with designed downspouts.
