Site work for a water / sewer project in Holland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 3 2022 there is no awarded bidder. Est. Completion Date: May 1, 2023 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A Pre-Bid conference will not be held for this project. A new municipal well to serve the Village of Holmen, Wisconsin. Well construction consists of site preparation and grading, water quality profiling, final well construction and performance testing. The well construction consists of a 200-foot-deep sand and gravel well with a 20-inch diameter casing, 20-inch screen, and an anticipated 1000 GPM well production capacity. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The Village of Holmen reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Village.
