HAMPSHIRE COUNTY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HCDA) HAMPSHIRE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA HCDA MULTI-TENANT BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT The Hampshire County Development Authority is requesting bids for repairing the existing roof of its Multi-Tenant Building located at 47 Industrial Park Road in the Romney Business Park using SPF -Spray Polyurethane Foam. Project scope includes: Total Square Footage of 27,470 Removal of all surface contaminants or other substances to prevent interference and proper adhesion of new materials using pressurized air. Masking all roof top mechanical equipment, pipes and vents prior to application of foam Application of closed cell spray polyurethane foam uniformly to equal 1.5 inches with a plus/minus 1/4 per inch thickness. Application of high solids silicone base coat over the polyurethane foam to achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 10 mils. Application of high solids silicone top coat over base coat to achieve a minimum of 1o mils.
