The offer must be presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements. The Municipality of Sainte-Sophie is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the website and it is the responsibility of tenderers to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their tender. Guarantee required: A certified check or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount at least equal to 10% of the total amount (including taxes) of the bid. The bid security must be valid for ninety (90) days. Each tender must also be accompanied by a letter of undertaking from an insurance company certifying that the required bonds will be granted to the tenderer in the event that the latter is chosen to carry out the work.
