Surveillance Cameras and Counter-surveillance Equipment MCS requires upgraded Video Surveillance Cameras for the following facilities: Mattawan Middle School - 24969 McGillian Street, Mattawan, MI 49071 Mattawan High School - 56487 Western Avenue, Mattawan, MI 49071 Identify, design, install, train, document and service and provide warranty for an integrated Video Surveillance System Provide upgraded Video Surveillance Cameras for the facilities: Respondents to this RFP shall identify their experience and qualifications to perform analysis, design engineering, and installation of integrated Video Surveillance System. MCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, therefore, be the sole judge of equivalency, and waive any bid requirement in accepting or rejecting bids. MCS also reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified sources or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Request for Proposal if found in the best interest of MCS. Additionally, although MCS desires to contract with a single firm for all work/services to be provided. MCS reserves the right to split the work/services and deal with multiple firms if it is deemed to be in MCS's best interest. All Proposals become the property of MCS. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, money order or bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the maximum total bid price. The bid security shall be made payable to the Owner and as such pledges that the Bidder will enter into a Contract with the owner in accordance with the terms stated in the Bid and the requirements of the bid documents. Should the Bidder refuse to enter into such contract within ten (l0) days after notice of said Contract having been awarded, then the bid security shall be forfeited to MCS as liquidated damages, not as penalty.
