Lebanon Municipality of Mt. Lebanon. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by SHACOG. Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid. All envelopes containing bid proposals must be clearly marked: "Proposal for (Project Name). Project Location: 3735 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 This project requires the replacement of approximately 25 existing ADA ramps (approximately 1,000 SF) at multiple locations (see map attached to the spec book), replacement and installation of deep-set concrete curbs (approximately 940 LF), plus restoration, installation of approximately 455 SF of traditional four inch depth sidewalks to both create needed landing pads in areas with topography challenges, and traffic control.
