The Town of Newtown (Town) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor and all else necessary for custodial services for the Town of Newtown as specified. The Town intends to award a potential of one year contract with the potential of (four) one year optional renewal terms. The Purchasing Authority of the Town of Newtown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, or proposals; to waive any technicality in any proposal or part thereof, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Newtown.
