Professional Engineering Services - Statement of Qualifications Northeast Yell County Water Association (NYCWA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide general infrastructure development design and engineering services for a three (3) year contracted term. Submissions will be judged on the following four evaluation criteria:
a. Demonstrated Experience in Civil Engineering or Water Infrastructure (50 pts)
b. Organization and Staff Capacity (25 pts)
c. Past Work Performance (15 pts)
d. State and Federal Grant or Loan Experience (10 pts)
Budget information, cost of services, or fee rates shall NOT be included in any submissions. The cost of preparing responses or submissions to this SOQ shall not be reimbursed from NYCWA. NYCWA is not responsible for any late deliveries of mail or other circumstances that lead to a submission not being received by the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the submission has been received by NYCWA.

501-321-1870 Qualified firms interested in responding to this SOQ must provide NYCWA with the following information in the response:
1. Cover Letter stating the following:
a. Summary of why the Respondent believes itself to be the most qualified.
b. A statement indicating that to the best of the Respondent's abilities, all information contained in the submission is complete and accurate.
c. A statement granting NYCWA and its representatives authorization to contact any previous client of the Respondent (or a Respondent's Team Member) for purposes of ascertaining an independent evaluation of the Respondent's or a Respondent's Team member's performance.

NYCWA reserves the right to refuse all submissions received. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
