Deadline for Submittal of Written Questions March 10, 2023 5:00 PM CST Intent to Bid by Mar 24, 2023 3:00 PM CDT. The City of Southlake is soliciting proposals for bulk clean, potable, and chemical free water during a local water emergency. These services shall include, but not be limited to, bulk drinking water supplied via appropriate tank truck(s) to various City locations, gravity fed stand-alone water dispensers, and bulk bottled water as requested by the City. These services and products are anticipated to be requested during emergency events, whether a natural disaster or localized incident, but may be requested by the City at any time.Resulting contract will be utilized on an “as needed” basis. The City does not guarantee to purchase any specific amount of product or services under a contract resulting from this request for proposal. In the event of a catastrophe, be it a natural disaster or localized incident, ensuring safety and beginning the process of recovery can be exceptionally challenging. Even seemingly simple tasks, such as procuring safe potable water, can prove to be quite complex.
