Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sierra Madre, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The following information is a general outline of the scope of work for this project. Engineering and Design Services The selected consultant shall: 1. Develop elevations, schematic drawings, and presentation drawings for a City Staff review as well as the City Council, Planning Commission, and Public review. These exhibits may also be utilized during other presentations (Planning Commission, Community Groups, etc...) and/or documentation (permitting, etc...). Any work completed by the City or its Consultants to help develop this RFP may be used only during the preliminary stages of design and will be provided to the selected consultant upon request. Question deadline November 28, 2022 (ALL Questions directed to Chris Cimino, Director of Public Works, ccimino@cityofsierramadre.com) The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
