The Owner intends to retain a Construction Management firm to join the project team during the design phase and to continue through construction phase, occupancy, and warranty period of the project. The Owner request submission from firms who can demonstrate they have resources, experiences, and qualifications to provide Construction Management services for the project. This project has been awarded a Federally-funded grant by the EDA (U.S. Economic Development Administration) and will have to comply with the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration Standard Terms and Conditions for Construction Projects dated March 22, 2021, including prevailing Davis-Bacon wage determinations.
