Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mechanical Upgrades/Install New DDC Control System. The work generally consists of, but not limited to, the following: Decommissioning and removal of two (2) heating hot water circulating pumps and associated electrical combination starters. Provision of two (2) new variable-speed heating hot water circulating pumps and associated electrical combination starters. Commissioning and Performance verification of new pump equipment. For both projects, most of the work is to be completed during the summer months of 2023, due to the required system shutdown to complete the job. All equipment to be delivered before the end of the fiscal year 2023.
