Upgrade control system in the building. - Replace condensing unit and associated piping to serve existing indoor air handling unit. (Bid range: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work under this contract consists of providing all labor, material, and equipment required to upgrade the control system in the building. This project will also replace the condensing unit and associated piping to serve existing indoor air handling unit at the Department of Public Works and Transportation Operations Facility at the Grasslands Campus.
