This project also includes separate renovations to Fire Station #1 and Fire Station #3. This project will be managed by a Construction Manager - Agent (CMa) delivery method. Terra Construction is the Construction Manager. The scope of work will be bid and awarded by separate, distinct Bid Categories outlined in Specification Section 01 1202.
