Saline County (County) is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management at Risk Services (Services). The County requests a qualifications proposal (Proposal) for the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to assist the County during the design, construction, and remodel of the City/County Building located in Salina, Kansas.
