Project Scope: The project is located adjacent to the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) campus on Marquam Hill in Multnomah County, Oregon. This project includes the construction of two (2) additional floors (approximately 150 parking spaces) of staff parking in structure B108 including the seismic retrofit of the existing structure to meet current VA seismic performance criteria.. New architectural panels and anti-harm screening will be added to the existing structure and repeated on the two new levels. The existing elevator will be extended in its current location to serve the two new levels. Fire protection sprinklers will be added to the first two levels of the structure including controls and the existing fire detection and alarm system will be expanded to the two new floors. An air quality exhaust HVAC system will be added to the first two levels including controls. The fire sprinklers will be fed from a new water main extension to be routed from another location across campus and down US Veterans Road.
