Renovation of an educational facility in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Henderson County requests proposals to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, concrete pads, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, inspections to remove and replace existing boiler #1 located in the TEDC building on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College. Contractor is to meet or exceed all requirements and specifications outlined in the engineered drawings. Work area and equipment room to be left in a clean and good condition. Alternate #1 Replace P-5 VFD: This is to replace the P-5 VFD and associated electrical components. Existing is an ABB Ach550-VC-044A-4 (480V/3PH). Not to be included in the base bid, list separately. Last Day for Questions: November 9th, 2022 at 5:00pm. Questions must be received in written form by email or USPS letter on or before, but NLT date indicated. Submit all questions to the BRCC Project Coordinator: (Marshallm@blueridge.edu) A Payment & Performance Bond will be required for 100% of the contract amount Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids.
